Rehearsal Dinner!!!

Thursday afternoon we drove out to the Arboretum and stood out in the afternoon sun to rehearse for the wedding. This was the first time for me at the Arboretum and I was very impressed at the beauty of the place. We tried to make the rehearsal as quick as possible since everybody was starting to melt in the afternoon sun!
After the rehearsal, we all piled back into the cars and headed for Koby's for dinner. It was fun to sit around the table as the food was cooked right in front of you. Each chef would do something a little different.... one made a little volcano with fire coming out of the middle of some onion rings, while the other flipped shrimp tales on top of his hat and into his pocket. The food was really delicious! I especially enjoyed the beef, the ginger salad dressing, and the green tea ice cream!
After dinner, we watched the video disc that Kilah's friend made with music creatively set to childhood pictures floating on and off the screen. Everybody really enjoyed the video since many of the pictures included people in the room.
